If you would like to discuss availability and pricing for larger quantities of fabrics please contact a member of the sales team. We have three price points: ‘A’ price is for 60mts and above, ‘B’ price is for 30mts to 60mts and ‘C’ price is for cut-lengths. These prices are per metre and don’t include shipping or VAT if applicable. These quantities have to be made up of one fabric for the price to be reduced e.g. 60mts of Monarch plain white.

Range Card

Boarded Lengths

On larger roll orders we have the facility to crease the fabric onto boards with Acorn fabrics board ends. This process takes the rolls which are normally 60”/150cms wide and folds it in two then laps it onto a board which reduces the width from 150cms to 75cms. Creasing is perfect if the fabric is going to be displayed in a showroom on a shelf or if you have limited room to operate in.

Acorn Fabrics is one of the only shirting mills that engages with and sells directly to end customers. Aside from this, the quality of their fabrics is on par with the likes of Thomas Mason and other big players in the market. Their collection has some uniquely interesting colours and patterns such as a red striped heavy Oxford (my shirtmaker in Naples couldn't find a similar fabric from any other mill) or the cotton-linen Aruba denim. Having browsed through shirting swatches from many other mills, I also think that Acorn has the best collection of Tattersall shirtings anywhere. I've taken several of Acorn's fabrics to Naples with me and had them made into beautiful shirts.

My Acorn fabrics arrived in Sydney today - including the Malham 280 royal. The staff at Acorn are professional and generous, and head an extraordinary company with excellent quality cloth.
