On the design board

On the design board this week:

Here are a few designs that are been considered for the next collection:

1) First up is a new print which would slip into the Hampton range of printed fabrics . However this fabric would be slightly different

as the reverse is a fine twill so the print can just be seen on one side.

2) Next is a new Fife design (brushed cotton) country checked fabric which is a coloured ground unlike the traditional cream ground

found on our other country check designs. These three are made on the same warp so it is just the weft colours

that change.

3) Finally we have more Fife designs which are actually made on same warp as the second design. These

colourways use the more traditional cream ground which might be seen as a safer option. Fife is fine twill that

is lightly brushed on one side.
